At JS Outfits, your satisfaction is our priority. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below:

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original condition with all tags and packaging intact

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the case of:

• Damaged products

• Incorrect items received

Once the returned item is received and verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), JS Outfits will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
