Step 2 – Eligibility Check
Exchange allowed if:
• Wrong size received
• Product unused & in original condition
• Product not damaged by customer

Step 3 – Rider Pickup
We will send our own rider to collect the product for exchange.

Step 4 – Delivery Charges
Pay Rs. 350 (pickup + new delivery).

Step 5 – New Product Delivery
After receiving & checking your product, we will deliver the replacement item.
